Monvestor Construction Group is a licensed general contractor working across Westchester County, New York, with selected investor work in New York City and nearby Connecticut. We handle ground-up construction, gut renovations, electrical, plumbing and exterior work. We also self-perform the trades most builders hand off, which is why our schedules hold and our finishes match the drawings. I am second generation in this trade: my father, Tony Monroy, has been building for decades.

New Construction
Ground-up custom homes and multi-family builds. Foundation, framing, systems and finish carpentry delivered on one schedule.
Renovations
Full gut renovations, kitchens, baths and additions. We open the walls, correct what is behind them, and finish to a sale-ready standard.
Electrical
Service upgrades, full rewires, panel replacements, generators and code corrections, all planned at rough-in rather than patched at the end.
Plumbing
Supply and waste rough-in, manifold systems, fixture sets, water heaters and repipes for both new builds and older housing stock.
Exterior & Masonry
Paver driveways, patios, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens and full site work. This is the finish most builders subcontract away.
