We handle the foundation, framing, envelope, mechanicals and finish work as one continuous scope. Because our electricians and plumbers are in the building from the first rough-in, systems get laid out around the architecture instead of the architecture getting chopped up to fit the systems.

Service upgrades, rewires, panels, generators and code corrections, all carried out by our own licensed electricians.
Most delays on a renovation trace back to electrical: an undersized service discovered late, an inspection that fails, a subcontractor who cannot come back for three weeks. Keeping this trade in-house is the single biggest reason our schedules hold.

Supply and waste rough-in, manifold systems, fixtures, water heaters and full repipes.
We run manifold distribution on new builds so every fixture can be isolated without shutting down the house. On older properties we replace failing galvanized and cast iron rather than working around it. The repair you avoid today becomes the ceiling you replace next winter.

The finish everyone sees first.
Paver driveways, patios, retaining walls, steps and outdoor kitchens, all built by our own masonry crew.
Exterior work is where most general contractors hand the job to a landscaper and lose control of the finish. We keep it in-house, which means the driveway is poured to the same tolerance as the foundation and the patio is ready when the interior is.

What areas do you serve?
Westchester County is our home base, and we work throughout New York City as well as nearby Connecticut towns. If you are just outside that footprint, call us anyway. Depending on the size of the project we may still be a fit.
Do you really do the electrical and plumbing yourselves?
Yes. Our own licensed electricians and plumbers perform this work. Most general contractors subcontract both, which adds a markup and puts your schedule in someone else’s hands.
Will you work with my architect or designer?
Regularly. We build from other people’s drawings all the time and are happy to join early for constructability input and budget reality-checks.
How do you price a project?
We walk the property, agree the scope, and issue a line-item proposal covering every trade. We avoid burying big decisions in vague allowances.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We file the permits, coordinate with the building department and schedule inspections as part of the job.
Do you take on small jobs?
We do. We have run everything from single-room work to full ground-up construction. Tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right fit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in New York and Connecticut. Our license details and certificates of insurance are available on request — just ask when we come out for the estimate.
