Who we are
J&F Contracting Services LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor operating in Westchester County, New York City and nearby Connecticut. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean J&F Contracting Services LLC.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and run construction work. That is:
- Contact details you give us – name, phone number, email address.
- Project details you give us – property address or town, the type of work you need, your timeline, budget range, and whatever you tell us about the job.
- Communication records – calls, texts and emails between us, including call recordings where the law permits and notes from site visits.
- Basic website data – pages visited and how you found us, used to understand which marketing is working.
We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through this website.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and prepare an estimate.
- To schedule and confirm site visits.
- To manage your project if you hire us – permits, scheduling, invoicing.
- To follow up on an estimate we have sent you.
- To send occasional updates about our work, which you can stop at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send you SMS messages about your project – confirming a request, scheduling a site visit, sending appointment reminders, following up on an estimate, and answering your questions.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or hire us. Call or email instead if you prefer.
- Message frequency varies depending on your project and where it stands.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use it for their own purposes.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work:
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, and only what they need to do their part.
- Municipal building departments where a permit application requires it.
- Service providers that run our business systems – our customer relationship platform, email and text delivery, and scheduling. They act on our instructions only.
- Where the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
How long we keep it
Project and contract records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, insurance and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while there is a reasonable chance the project comes back, and removed on request.
Your choices
- Stop texts – reply STOP to any message.
- Stop emails – click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email. We will still send emails about an active project.
- See, correct or delete what we hold about you – email jhon@monvestorinc.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard protections to store customer information, and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
